But if you ask 1,000 average people, from your dumbest friend to a PHD rocket scientist to guess, and you average their answers together? The collective average is almost always mathematical perfection.
We don't rely on rigged algorithms, paid corporate sponsorships, or even myself as CEO to tell us what is valuable. We rely on each other. We share what works, we review what matters, and we crowd-source the absolute best products, ideas, and strategies. An isolated human is a target. A connected network is infallible. Apes together strong.

OUR STORY: THE WAKE-UP CALL
I didn't care about the AI hype at first.
Then, I watched a machine pass the Bar Exam. I watched it score higher on an IQ test than 98% of the human population. I watched it obliterate the Wonderlic. I watched as it got me the number 1 ranked resume & cover letter for a dream job, at a fortune 5k company paying over a quarter of a million dollars per year.
When those headlines dropped, most of the corporate world panicked about job security. But I didn't see the Terminator. I saw a better way forward.
What happens when you have an assistant with general intelligence sitting in your corner? Having AI doesn't make you obsolete; it gives you the suit from Iron Man. I used this technology to test my limits, training myself to code at an enterprise level in under six months.
I didn't do this to build a billion-dollar tech monopoly. I did it to prove a point: Technology should be a force-multiplier for human potential, not a replacement for the human soul.

Vibe-Coding Bootcamp: Learning to build your own tech shouldn't feel like reading a 1990s textbook. We are developing a coding bootcamp designed to feel like watching short, highly engaging videos.
If I ran this like a normal tech founder, I could take 1k members, run a standard 90% profit margin, and quietly pocket about $900,000 a year.
I don't need venture capital, and I don't actually need help running the software.
But I don't want to be just another tech bro hoarding wealth. I want to smash the machine, not become it.
PHASE 1 VS. PHASE 2: THE 1,000 MEMBER FLIP
Let's be upfront about the money. Building a revolution isn't free. During Phase 1 (Members 1 through 999), 100% of network revenue goes directly to funding the launch, building the front-end software, and my baseline salary to keep the lights on.
But once we hit Member #1,000, Phase 2 will begin.
We flip the switch, cap my salary, and the wealth of the network gets distributed to the community.
Here is exactly how the math works once we hit 1,000 members:
THE MATH (SMASHING THE MACHINE)
10% - 14%: My Capped Salary The moment we hit 1k members, I am intentionally cutting my earnings from $900k down to $120k a year. I only scale up as the community scales up (adding a zero to the network adds a percent to the cap: 1k to 10k members is 10% to 11%).
I am taking the pay cut because this movement is bigger than a profit margin.
40%: Funding Our Builders (The Zero-Interest Ecosystem)
Legacy banks won't help real people start businesses anymore.
They extract wealth through predatory interest rates, or they deny you outright. We are bypassing them entirely.
Once we clear our 1,000-member cap, we take 40% of our network revenue and park it directly into a Community Capital Pool.
The network will collectively vote on which members' businesses to fund.
We will deploy capital directly from this pool to fund our members (subject to a baseline financial health and credit check).
No banks, no corporate red tape, and zero interest.
In return, the funded member agrees to a simple 5% equity stake in their company to Alpineer, and a 5% revenue share that goes directly back into the community pool only until the initial capital advance is 100% replenished. Once the pool is paid back, they keep 95% of their business free and clear. If they succeed, the community grows!
30%: The Human Workforce
Right now, the corporate machine is automating away entry-level roles, making it impossible for new, hungry talent to enter the workforce and prove their worth. We are fighting back.
Once we hit our 1,000-member milestone, 30% of our network revenue goes directly toward payroll. We are using these funds to create entry-level, mid-level, and senior-level jobs directly within Alpineer Marketing Company and the Alpineer Network (the professional community and SaaS platform you are helping to build).
We are placing a massive, intentional focus on funding entry-level roles to get humans back in the game. We are bringing back remote work and giving real people the chance to build a career, completely insulated from toxic corporate hiring algorithms and commercial real estate bags.
10%: The Referral Engine
We don't want to pay tech monopolies millions for ads. If you bring a person or business (Yes we have b2b tools too) into the network, this 10% goes directly into your pocket as an ongoing referral. Get 10% monthly for every active member you bring in as long as they stay with the movement. Finally, a professional network that works for you.
*This referral happens automatically when a new signup uses your email in the referral section of their initial signup form. Payouts happen monthly, beginning after 3 months from the new member's initial signup, and lasts as long as the member is still a part of the network. Only members are eligible to receive referrals.
10%: Marketing Just enough fuel to keep the movement growing and taking market share away from the legacy players. As we scale and add zeros to the network, my capped salary increases (from 10% up to 14%). When I take that raise, it comes directly out of this marketing budget. The 80% we dedicate to empowering our members (the capital pool, the jobs, and the referrals) is strictly untouchable. As the network grows, we rely less on paid marketing and more on each other.
